ok so a few months ago i was trying to sell my car which was still on a loan, anyways it was in great condition then these two ladies come to buy it but they want to have a mechanic look at it and hold on to it for the weekend i agree to let them hang on to it for the weekend and they pay me 700 for a deposit and i signed an agreement saying if they didnt like it then i would refund their money anyways so they bring it back on monday with a LIST of stuff wrong with the car claiming that it would cost over 1000 to fix it, so i said i would refund them but i had to sell the car first, i never refunded them and skipped town cuz i figured that they caused this damage, so now their saying they are gonna sue me for the 700 plus time and travel to find me etc etc well its been 2 months since they said that and 3 months since it happend and im yet to recieve papers, though im happy, im wondering what is the hold up?

My wife and I are going to travel to Asia with our toddler (3.5 years) and infant (3 months). The airline said they can't let all four of us sit together in the front row where they have a bassinet for infants. So, it's going to be my wife and two kids in the front row with me in an aisle seat somewhere close by. I feel it's going to create inconvenience not only for us/kids but also for other passengers since it's difficult for a single person (my wife in this case) to handle two kids almost alone on a long flight. Have you experienced or heard about such an airline policy (of not allowing the family to sit together in the front row)?Thanks.
